Why us

One team, from the first sketch to the finished site.

You have an idea, a site and a date. What you need is for someone to carry it from "should we do this?" to "it is built, installed and working" — without the plan breaking in three places on the way. That is one job, and we take it as one job.

Every part of your project is made by the partner best suited to it — under one written specification, with inspection at agreed milestones. What comes back to you is one result, and the space in between is our responsibility.

What that buys you: fewer handovers, fewer gaps between the drawing and the site, and a project that still looks like what you asked for on the day it opens.

How We Work

A clear path from brief to handover.

Six stages, each with defined decisions and deliverables. You always know what is happening, what is being decided, and what it costs.

  1. 01Typically 1–2 weeks

    Brief

We take on the project as described and then interrogate it. What is the objective, who is the audience, what has already been decided, what is genuinely flexible, and what does success look like in operational terms.

    • Agreed objectives
    • Constraints register
    • Indicative budget and programme frame
  2. 022–4 weeks
A planning table with a large printed site plan, a scale model and a laptop showing a three-dimensional massing model.Illustration

    Strategy

The project is framed: an organising idea, a prioritised scope, a realistic cost plan and a clear decision sequence. Complex briefs get reduced to the few things that actually determine the outcome.

    • Concept framework
    • Scope matrix
    • Cost plan with assumptions
  3. 034–10 weeks
A hand-drawn presentation sketch of a play structure with slides and climbing frames, drawn with people for scale.

    Design & development

Design is developed in parallel with engineering, cost and manufacturability. The parts most likely to cause trouble are modelled, prototyped or tested first, while they are still cheap to change.

    • Design drawings and models
    • Visualisations
    • Technical specification
    • Prototypes where required
  4. 043–6 weeks

    Sourcing & contracting

Partners are selected against the actual requirement — capability, capacity, communication and record of comparable work — then quoted on equal terms and contracted with clear specification and programme obligations.

    • Qualified shortlist
    • Comparative analysis
    • Contracts and production schedule
  5. 05Varies by scope

    Production & control

Production is tracked against a single schedule, with in-process inspection at agreed milestones. Issues are escalated early, and specification changes are handled as controlled changes rather than drift.

    • Progress reporting
    • Inspection records
    • Approved change log
  6. 062–8 weeks

    Delivery & handover

Shipping, installation and commissioning are planned around the realities of the site — access, operating hours, sequencing and local labour. The project closes with documentation, training where needed, and a support window.

    • Delivery and installation records
    • Commissioning sign-off
    • Handover and maintenance documentation

Durations are indicative. A project that reaches us mid-stream may skip stages, and a full custom programme runs considerably longer than the indicative windows shown above.

Collaboration

What you can hold us to.

Good results come from clear expectations, honest numbers and a few relationships you can hold us to. That is how we work — and the six items below are what it actually means.

We work with

  • Property & destination developers
  • Resorts, hotels & tourism operators
  • Landscape architecture & design practices
  • Theme park, playground & leisure developers
  • Architecture, engineering & project management firms
  • Organisations seeking custom interactive installations

One team to deal with

You brief one team, and that team stays with you across strategy, design and delivery. We coordinate the specialists, so you are not managing a board of subcontractors on your own.

Straight talk first, commitment second

If an idea is over-specified, or a date is not real, we say so before you pay for it. Once the direction is agreed, we commit to it and stay answerable for it through to the site.

The right specialist for each part

We bring in the expertise your project actually requires — landscape architects, structural and electrical engineers, fabricators, lighting and control specialists — and hold all of them to one brief.

The right production partner for each part

Production runs through a vetted network of specialist and manufacturing partners, so every part is made where it is best made. Your counterpart is one party; theirs is another.

Everything that matters is in writing

Specifications, samples, inspection records and change logs. The decisions that shape your project are written down, which is what keeps it coherent across time zones and teams.

Numbers you can check

Cost plans with visible assumptions and contingency, comparable supplier quotes, and change orders that state what they cost. No margin hidden inside a vague number.
